Pratibimb, The Reflection of Management, is an amalgamation of pioneering thoughts, put forth by some of the best brains of Indian B Schools. It brings out a collection of Ideas concerning the various disciplines of management sciences and provides opportunities to ponder over various management issues and scenarios.  Insights of Industry stalwarts and revered academicians also feature in the magazine.

Pratibimb, the e-Magazine of TAPMI, had its first issue in December 2010.  The issue comprised an interview of renowned writer Ms. Rashmi Bansal along with a series of articles by students and industry experts like Madhusudan Rao (AVP-Delivery, Mahindra Satyam) & an article on Ed Cohen, who is a global leader and chief learning officer who led Booz Allen Hamilton & Satyam Computer Services to the first rank globally for learning & development. It also included a hugely successful and engrossing finance game called “Beat the Market” to bring out the application based knowledge of students by providing them with the platform where they were expected to predict the stock prices of two selected stocks on a future date.

The magazine is primarily intended for the development of all around management knowledge by providing unbiased critical insights into the modern developments.

In sync with TAPMI`s belief that learning is not restricted to classrooms and textbooks, Pratibimb provides an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and skill enhancement to students and also a competitive platform which allows B -Schoolers to brainstorm and critically analyzes real life management situations. Within a short span of time Pratibimb has been able to create a buzz on most B schools in the country and currently enjoys the confidence and admiration, reflected in the quality of articles published from various reputed Management Institutions.

Views and opinions of long time Veterans of Industry provide a peek into the real churnings in the Corporate world and rare insights into challenges and concerns of industry, bridging the gap between Campus and Corporate.

Its commitment to excellence and innovation is growing by leaps and bounds with every new issue, fuelled by the interest shown by avid readers’ subscribers and contributors. Pratibimb June 2011

The most awaited issue of Pratibimb June, 2011 has been launched this week with articles covering a diverse landscape in almost every field of Management from HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Systems. The magazine strives to continue on the path laid down by its first issue in providing key insights into recent management developments. It also serves the purpose of igniting creative thinking by continuing the publication of some of the best articles submitted by students. The efforts and creativity of students from various B-Schools being the highlight right from the first issue till now.

On the other hand article “The Telecom Scam and its Implications” shows the impact of Telecom scam of India. Other articles – Attitude: It Matters, Advertising Through Brand Extensions gives a thoughtful insight.
